Andy was born in San Diego, California and now lives in Belfast, Northern Ireland with his wife. His poems and prose appear in or are forthcoming from Copper Nickel, Hayden’s Ferry Review, Narrative, Pleiades, Poetry Ireland Review, and Tupelo Quarterly, among other places.
